Securely self-locking

LOCKconnectors stand for secure and efficient connections in industrial applications. The rectangular plug geometry enables easy, guided insertion with significantly reduced insertion force. The connection locks automatically when fully inserted. An audible click confirms correct seating and increases process reliability. Two locking points ensure a stable hold and vibration resistance, both in manual and automated assembly.

  • The system is available in sizes from 2.8 mm to 6.3 mm and covers applications from signal to power. LOCKconnectors are RAST 5 compatible, designed for rated currents up to 16 A and temperatures up to 300 degrees Celsius, and can be flexibly unlocked with or without insulating sleeves. High-quality materials such as brass or nickel-plated steel and matching insulating grommets made of PA66 ensure durable, low-maintenance connections in demanding industrial environments.
