Quality management

At Vogt AG, quality is no coincidence, but the result of consistent processes, clearly defined standards and an awareness of quality at all levels. Our integrated quality management system is firmly anchored in our corporate culture and forms the basis for sustainable success and long-term customer relationships.
A person operates a digital measuring system with a microscope and points to the monitor, which displays a highly magnified image of a technical component. The workstation is equipped with a computer, an optical measuring device and several cable connections.
  • Symbolic representation of an ISO certification process with graphic icons for quality assurance, employee management, audits and statistics. A person in business attire taps on a digital interface with an ISO emblem in the centre, visualised by cogwheel symbols.
  • Certified standards for international requirements

Our products and services fulfil the highest requirements in terms of functionality, safety and durability. ISO 9001 certification confirms our systematic approach in all areas of the company and creates transparency and trust among our customers and partners. In addition, regular audits and further development of our processes ensure continuous improvement.

  • Quality along the entire value chain

From development and procurement to production and logistics, every step is part of a consistent understanding of quality. Our supply chains are organised in such a way that traceability and consistent product quality are guaranteed at all times. Close coordination with our suppliers and precise control of components and materials ensure that all requirements are met.

  • Tactile coordinate measuring machine with RENISHAW measuring head scanning a component geometry. The measuring tip with ruby ball captures precise surface points for the three-dimensional measurement of complex components.
  • Close-up of a hand with a blue glove holding several small metal sleeves while checking the dimensions with a measuring device. The scene shows precise quality control in industrial production.

    Spot checks

Spot checks are suitable for less safety-relevant applications. They are economical and yet effective, especially for stable processes with a low error rate.

  • Automated inspection system with round conveyor and connected monitor that displays inspection data and analyses for small parts. The industrial system is used for quality control, sorting and counting, for example of connecting elements such as tubular rivets or stamped parts.

    Semi-automated test procedures

Machines are used to carry out dimensional checks, functional tests or simple electrical tests, for example, often supported by manual intervention.

  • Precisely stamped metal contacts on a carrier strip, designed for further processing in electronic assemblies. The fine conductive structures show typical features of stamped grids in connection technology or microelectronics.

    100% testing for safety-critical components

For highly sensitive products, for example in the field of industrial sensor technology, a fully automatic 100% inspection is indispensable. It checks:

    • dimensions
    • electrical properties
    • mechanical function

These processes are often embedded directly in the production line and ensure seamless control.

  • Two men are standing at a workstation looking at a large, curved monitor displaying 3D CAD models; one of them is pointing at the screen and apparently explaining details. The scene conveys a technical collaboration in the field of design or product development with digital modelling software.

    Technical expertise meets practical experience

Thanks to our many years of experience in the development and production of electromechanical components, we know exactly what is important in practice. Our quality management is based on a comprehensive understanding of standards, industry-specific requirements and individual customer needs. We actively contribute this expertise to project implementation.

  • Close-up of hands inserting a blister tray with numerous small recesses into a storage or drying system. The scene shows a precise production or packaging step in an industrial environment.

Customer-orientated solutions with quality as a promise

Our customers, from product developers and strategic buyers to online retailers, benefit from tested products, clearly documented standards and comprehensive technical support. For us, quality is not just about fulfilling technical specifications, but also about reliability in cooperation and dependability in service.

  • A smiling employee with glasses sits in front of a computer screen, appearing engaged in customer communication or office work. The bright office setting emphasizes a professional yet friendly environment.

Continuous improvement as part of our claim

We see quality management as a dynamic process. Feedback from the market, new regulatory requirements and technological developments are continuously incorporated into our system. In this way, we ensure that our services meet the highest standards today and tomorrow.
