Tubular parts

Our new, fully automatic tube processing machines process tube and bar material continuously and certified. They handle cut-to-size, chamfered, machined and deburred tube parts and then inspect them.

High-quality fine tube processing for versatile applications

Our fine tube processing offers the highest precision for tube parts made from coils, rods and profiles. Using the latest technology, we undertake sawing, flanging, chamfering, flaring, slitting and forming, making our tube parts the ideal alternative to turned parts.

We process copper, aluminium, steel and stainless steel up to 60 mm in diameter and offer 100% testing for maximum quality. Thanks to fully automated tube processing, we manufacture special tube parts from 10 to 350 mm in length.

  •  Large quantity of gold-coloured tubular rivets with metal flange, loosely distributed on a smooth surface. The cylindrical hollow rivets are used for conductive connection or fastening in electronic assemblies and precision mechanical applications.

    Leading manufacturing expertise

    With precise production technology, we offer tube diameters from 0.80 mm to 85 mm and wall thicknesses from 0.15 mm to 5.0 mm, depending on the application. Our processing options include edge rounding by vibratory grinding and thorough cleaning with perchlorine. On request, we also guarantee a 100% inspection by means of image processing to ensure the highest quality standards.

    Tubular parts in the micro range

    Thanks to continuous further development in vertical integration, Vogt is your expert for precise tube sections in the smallest dimensions. We offer tube parts from Ø 0.80 mm, 0.15 mm wall thickness and 1.5 mm length. Our tubular parts are perfect for applications in electrical engineering and mechanical engineering.

  • Crimping pliers with blue handles rest on a large quantity of insulated metal wire end ferrules with plastic collars. The tool is designed for precise crimping of sleeves on stranded wires in electrical connection technology.

    With suitable tool

    Our crimp sleeves can be ideally combined with plastic injection moulding. We have been a leader in the production of ferrules for years. We always supply the right processing tool for our products, from simple hand tools to processing machines.
