    Customised punched parts

    Using tools from our own tool shop, we manufacture stamped parts exactly to your requirements.   • Precision automatic punching press in use processing an endless copper strip with fine conductor structures. The machine feeds the material through a multi-stage punching tool, which is designed for the production of complex punched grids in electronics manufacturing.

    Flexible design

    We process strips made of copper, copper alloys, steel and stainless alloys up to a material thickness of 2.5 mm. Our product range extends from insertion contacts for printed circuit boards to connectors in a wide variety of designs. Whether loose part, strip or taped delivery - you determine the right shape for your project.

Applications

  • Two metal stampings with meandering geometry, specially manufactured for use in capacitors. The upper conductor tracks have narrow, nested cut-outs, while the lower part has evenly perforated ridges with wide contact tabs.
