Maximum safety above the clouds
Together with Diehl Aerospace, we developed a contact that is used in the door system of the world's largest passenger aircraft. The sixteen main doors of the Airbus A380 are equipped with a 6-way flat receptacle, which guarantees the corresponding safety requirements of aviation. The triple-fused contact establishes the connection to the safety-relevant control system in the aircraft and thus ensures that the aircraft can be released or prevented from taking off.
