‘Feedy’: The ‘all-in-one’ standard in blister packaging


Vogt AG Verbindungstechnik has commissioned a new packaging and blister-packing system in its packaging department. The ‘Feedy’ system combines all the components of flexible feeding technology in a single compact unit and is regarded as the leading standard in automated parts feeding. Thanks to integrated image recognition and robotics, ‘Feedy’ processes a wide variety of small parts reliably, precisely and with the highest repeatability.

  • Successful integration into the counting department

    The integration of ‘Feedy’ into our counting department has been a success. Following a brief training period, the system is now fully integrated into our day-to-day production operations. Proof of its effectiveness: the first batch was packaged seamlessly and reliably without any complications. Many work steps that were previously carried out manually now run fully automatically. The system operates independently, thereby freeing up valuable capacity for other tasks.


What can ‘Feedy’ do?


The system is designed for processing small and medium-sized parts. It processes our metal and plastic components, as well as hybrid parts, with edge lengths ranging from 3 to 50 mm and weights of up to 30 g. With a throughput of up to 40 parts per minute and a changeover time of just one minute, it is ideally suited to fluctuating production requirements. The system is designed to be future-proof: new products can be set up at any time and existing settings can be saved.

    We offer blister packaging with ‘Feedy’ to our customers as an additional service to our existing manufacturing process. We can package and blister-wrap the items we produce for you immediately afterwards using ‘Feedy’. This eliminates the need for an additional production step on your part, and you receive your parts fully packaged and ready for production, all from a single source.
