In free fall down to the perfect number of pieces

Our counting department has received reinforcements in the form of the Paxmatic multi-counter, a high-speed counting machine that can count several hundred parts precisely within a few seconds. The optical counting system with integrated 3D high-speed cameras can feed and detect parts in sizes from 0.5 mm to 25 mm. Any foreign parts are recognised and the machine is stopped. All Vogt items, regardless of whether they are wire end sleeves or complex hybrid parts, can be fed in and counted down to the precisely to the piece. Follow-up orders can be called up quickly and easily via the recipe management. Thanks to the high degree of automation, costs and throughput times are optimised. The multi-counter is supplemented with the proven packaging system from Vogt AG Verbindungstechnik. The items are packed in sealed bags and the unit and bag sizes can be selected individually. As usual, labelling according to customer requirements is possible. Our video takes you on a journey through the Multicounter.
