We hereby confirm that all supplied products correspond to the directive
2002/95/EG of the European parliament and the council of 27 january 2003 (including
amendment of april 1, 2008.

Vogt AG Verbindungstechnik confirms the adherence to
• the Regulation PFOS (EU 2006/122EG),
• the Regulation PAK (EU 2005/69/EG )and to
• the REACH Regulation (Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation
of Chemicals). According to REACH, chemical substances must be
registered, the finished product not. As manufacturer and supplier of
connection elements for the electro- and electronic industry and of their
accessories we need not register aforementioned according to REACH. The raw
materials applied stem exclusively from European manufacturers. They are
obliged to have the substances contained registered. As „subsequent applier“,
we are not obligated to examine the correct registration of these suppliers.
Vogt AG Verbindungstechnik supervises these directives regarding topicality
and takes in the event of changes the appropriate measures.
